Aggressiveness exercises are a great way to improve our mental and physical abilities. In our next issues we will cover a few of them.

This drill starts with us facing our partners. Our goal is to close our grip around our partners back, but underneath the arms, without allowing them to be caught inside the closed grip. Once one of us has managed to close the hands, we need to hold the lock for 5 seconds. 3. When we finish the exercise it is very important to stretch our whole body.
