Improving Leg Agility Game


With our partner we “play” a game of stepping on each others foot. We need to step on theirs and they need to step on ours.


1. At first allow only stepping on the front foot in order to avoid training unwanted stepping behavior.

2. Make sure we keep the quality of our movement. Winning is important in the game, but not at the expense of practicing bad movement.

3. The hands should remain up keeping guard at all times…

4. We can perform the same exercise with weights attached either to our feet or to our body core.
