Improving Aggressiveness Exercise 4

Aggression is one of the qualities a fighter needs to develop in himself as part of his mental build up.


Two partners stand, jumping on one leg, in front of each other. Using pushes, pulls, fakes or what ever - one must make the other stand on both feet or switch legs.

The exercise will not only improve our mental ability, but also our leg and core body strength. Its a great way to improve exploding power in the legs


1. Time the round, eventually one partner will tire out. This fact and dealing with it will, by itself, improve our mental ability.

2. Make sure we switch the legs between rounds, so we train both and at the same time don't over do it.

3. There is also a possibility not to time the round and keep on going until a clear defeat or victory is at hand...
