Two partners stand in the "push-up" position in front of each other. Their goal is to make their opponent fall, either by pulling the hand, pushing the body or any other possible way ...

The exercise will not only improve our mental ability, but also our hand and core body strength


1. Time the round, eventually one partner will tire out. This fact and dealing with it will, by itself, also improve our mental ability.
